I saw this video before. Oprah had no idea what was going to happen, and there was a choreographer who got all those people in sync. A great video.

They apparently trained 20 people to do this dance. In turn, those 20 taught 800 (all arranged by Facebook-). Those 800 were put throughout the crowd and had 20,000 do it for Oprah!
