Sloppy Elk #ClubHouse

Tis the season to hunt...

I picked up some Elk Burger and used it for our Sunday night dinner of Sloppy Joe's! Soooo yummy!

1 lb Elk Burger

1 packet of ClubHouse Sloppy Joes Seasoning

1 small can of Tomato paste

300 ml of water

I did not need to drain the Elk burger at all and the end result did not have a gamey taste either. The adults chose to have it the original sloppy style a la buns... while the kids opted for a soft taco of elk rolled with cheese!   

If you don't have Elk, feel free to throw in Bison Burger, Ground Pork, Ground Chicken and Ground Turkey!
