10,000 Steps A Day?
I've recently discovered an easy way to get my 10,000 steps a day...
Move the garbage can to the opposite side of the kitchen from where it currently sits. Go about your day. By days end, you will have driven yourself insane doubled your step distance by walking to the old garbage can spot every single time something needs to get thrown out (realizing that it is not there any more!) and then having to walk over to the new spot. ~Sigh~
You'll especially up your steps while making dinner!
