Brunch With Us: Lynx Ridge Golf Course Lounge & Restaurant

The Lynx Ridge Golf Course is tucked into the city limits of Calgary, near the community of Tuscany.  It is a beautiful 18 hole golf course with mountain views and has a restaurant lounge, open year round to the public.  We just realized they served up brunch every Sunday and had to go have a see-for-ourselves!  At $27 per adult and one child per adult FREE, it would cost the same as other breakfast places serving up four.  Besides, who can turn down a chocolate fountain??  Um... not me!

The house specialty is the Creamed Perogies and they were all that! A white cheese sauce smothering tasty bacon filled perogies! From the shrimp and salmon table, to fine cheeses and veggie platters, they served up almost anything one could want. If baked french toast (as in one big loaf all done up super yummy!), scrambled eggs, bacon or sausages weren't your fancy, the chefs happily cooked you up an Eggs Bennie a la YOU, hard boiled eggs and delivered to your table de-shelled (my kids loved this feature!), cut up yummy slabs of roast or ham, or made you a glorious waffle (you know the ones I'm talking about!)! Whatever your belly lusted for, the Lynx Ridge Sunday brunch has.
