One Last Easy Goodie... #Fudge #HOHOHO

I'm about to retire my baking hat for a long winter's nap, 

but I have one last easy goodie for you to whip up!

Foolproof Chocolate Fudge with Skor Bits!

prep time: 10 minutes

chill time:  2 hours

Adapted from: Eagle Brand Holiday Magic in Minutes Cookbook , 2002

2 1/4 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips

1- 14 ounce can Sweetened Condensed milk

1 1/2 teaspoons of pure vanilla extract

Dash of Salt.

1 pkg. SKOR bits- Hershey's Chipits

1.  Line 8 or 9 inch square pan with parchment paper.  Butter and set aside.

2.  In a heavy saucepan over low heat, 

melt chips with Sweetened Condensed milk and salt.  

Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.

3.  Pour SKOR bits on to the top of fudge, pressing in lightly with a spoon.

4.  Chill for 2 hours.  Take parchment paper out of pan 

and cut fudge into pieces on a cutting board.  

Store covered in refrigerator.
