Chocolate Almond Peanut Butter Snack Bites – Easy & No Bake! #MyKPBSnackbite
Peanut butter is certainly a staple in our household. We do not even really care what kind of peanut butter it is… we will eat it all. Peanut butter and jam sandwiches reign favourite, crunchy, unsalted or extra smooth. We love the versatile nature of peanut butter and happily spread it on warm toast or on celery with raisins too!
But one of the things we love best about peanut butter is the many no-bake recipes that can be made. No bake not only means easy, but it is a great way to teach kids how to read a recipe and to measure out the ingredients. (They can work on the baking part later.)
We love whipping up a recipe called ‘Chocolate Almond Peanut Butter Snack Bites’! This recipe is super easy with a base of three ingredients: peanut butter, oats and honey. Then, you can add in more things you like such as chocolate chips and slivered almonds!
Peanut Butter Snack Bites
Base –
1 cup large flake rolled oats
¼ cup liquid honey
½ cup Kraft Extra Creamy Peanut Butter
Add in –
chocolate chips
slivered almonds

or raisins!
(Note: if adding in a lot of extras,
add in more peanut butter and honey.)
Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl until well blended.
Roll into 1 inch balls, using 2 tablespoons for each.
Chill for 20 to 30 minutes.
